In the midst of a pandemic, with the world seemingly at its end, Allan and Malia's love story began. Initially connecting online, they had their first date via video in the comfort of their own homes...and the rest was history. After three years of numerous undertakings and adventures- home renovations, world travel, and over-the-top game nights, Allan led Malia to the top of a hill overlooking the city and proposed.
...and she said yes!

Malia Lindsey and Allan Beals-Gibson
April 5th, 2025. The ceremony starts at 5pm, and the evening ends at 9pm
At Timberline Lodge in Government Camp, Oregon. The ceremony is on the outdoor patio, and the reception is in Ullman Hall.
The deadline is January 20th. This is also the cut-off for requesting to use services such as the shuttle or childcare.
A “plus one” is an option for an adult who is accompanying you to celebrate our big day. In many cases, the “plus one” will be the other half of a couple who both know the bride or groom (for example, the bride’s aunt could register as the “guest” on the RSVP, and the bride’s uncle could register as the “plus one”). Please be sure to RSVP for anybody you are bringing with you, as we cannot accommodate walk-in guests on the day of the wedding
There may be snow on the road to Timberline in April, or there may be none at all. Our outdoor ceremony will be surrounded by snow with the chance of it actively snowing on us! Please plan accordingly.
Maybe! It depends on the snow level. Please refer to the Timberline website for tips on safely getting up and down the mountain.
You’ll need to purchase a Sno-Park permit. This can be purchased at the Guest Services Desk of the Wy’East Day Lodge, any open ticket window, or at many local businesses. If you’re an overnight guest, parking is complimentary.
We are hiring a private shuttle service to help those who may have trouble getting up and down the potentially snowy mountain. Shuttle times may take anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour. Spaces are limited, so please RSVP for this service. More information regarding shuttle meeting locations and times will be emailed to those who RSVP for the service.

Hors d'ouevers:

  • -Brie en croute with huckleberry preserves

  • -Duck confit on toasted polenta cakes

  • -Bourbon BBQ meatballs

Entrees:

  • -Hazelnut smoked prime rib of beef

Slow-roasted dry-aged natural beef prime rib, rosemary scented au jus, Hood River apple horseradish cream

  • -Roasted Northwest Salmon

Fresh salmon served with huckleberry buerre blanc

We do have a block of rooms at a discounted price. Use this link (and be sure to check the dates for your preferred stay). There are also alternative accommodations nearby.
For young children (6 and under), we’d appreciate it if you’d either use our on-site childcare providers (please indicate in RSVP, along with their age) or make alternative arrangements. For all children who are attending the wedding (up to age 17), please include their entree choice and age with your RSVP.
Jovie Nannies & Sitters. They will care for your children in one of the hotel rooms while you enjoy the event. Kid-friendly lunch boxes, snacks, and activities will be provided. Drop-off is at 4:30pm and pick-up is at 9:00pm.
Bring a coat for our outdoor ceremony, and don your cocktail attire for our indoor reception. Please try to avoid wearing large amounts of navy, white, or cream.
Nope! We will remain Allan Beals-Gibson and Malia Lindsey, but we’ll become The Beals-Gibson Family!
Thank you for considering us! We already have most everything we need, so we aren’t registered anywhere. However, we’d really appreciate a monetary gift as a contribution to our lives together and to our honeymoon fund! If you’d prefer to give a physical gift, please contact Malia or Allan and we can give you some ideas.

Will you Attend?
